Straight answer

Is it worth
fixing?

Every workshop in the country will happily quote you for a repair. Fewer will tell you when you are about to spend $600 propping up a machine worth $900.

Put the numbers in and get the same answer we would give you across the counter. Replacement figures are what is actually on our floor today, not a manufacturer's list price.

How drop-off works

  1. Book online or call. Booking online puts you in the queue immediately and gives you a reference, even at midnight.
  2. Bring it in. Unit 4/11 Picton Road. Drive right up — parking is at the door.
  3. We assess it. Usually within one to three working days. We call you with what it needs and what it costs.
  4. You approve. Nothing gets done beyond the quote without you saying yes.
  5. We call when it's ready. And you can check progress with the link we text you.

What to bring

  • The machine — and the battery and charger if it is a battery unit
  • The catcher, if it is a mower and the fault relates to cutting or collection
  • Any error message or code you have seen, written down
  • The model number if you have it. If not, do not worry — we will find it
  • Roughly how it has been running, and when it started
Don't drain the fuel

Leave it as it is. What is in the tank tells us a great deal, and stale fuel is one of the most common causes of "won't start". Just tell us roughly how old it is.

Get it serviced before you need it.

Pre-summer and fire season are our busiest weeks of the year. Booked in August, it is back before you need it; booked in November, you wait with everybody else.
